Recently, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality, a festive event titled «Arkadagly nesiller», was held. The event was organized by the Tagtabazar etrap Council of Mary velayat of the Youth organization of the Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, together with the Serhetabat city Children’s school of art.
During the event, Tawus Ashyrova, the leading specialist of the Serhetabat city branch of the Tagtabazar etrap Council of Mary velayat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, and Muhammet Tirkayev, director of the Serhetabat city Children’s school of art, delivered speeches. In their remarks, they highlighted the distinct significance of our country’s permanent Neutrality in both domestic and foreign policy. The musical performances and songs dedicated to the 30th anniversary of permanent Neutrality, prepared by the students of the Children’s school of art, were also presented.
At the end of the event, participants expressed their deep gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for their tireless efforts in creating wide opportunities for education and learning for the young generation.
