Recently, by the initiative of the Babadaýhan etrap Council of Ahal velayat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the etrap’s department of physical culture and sports, a volleyball competition was held at the sports school of Garavekil village.
Dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust and to the 30th anniversary of our country’s permanent Neutrality, the competition provided young volleyball players with an opportunity to improve their athletic skills.
As a result of the tournament, the “Ruhubelent” team, composed of local youth, won first place. The winners were awarded in a festive ceremony.
