INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN EDUCATION — A RELIABLE FOUNDATION FOR PROGRESS

Independent and permanently Neutral Turkmenistan, amid rapidly changing global processes, has identified the development of the education system as one of the key priorities of state policy. The modern global educational environment, the growth of information technologies, and the expansion of international cooperation open new opportunities for our country. The successful realization of these opportunities depends on the continuous strengthening of international partnerships.

Under the leadership of the Esteemed President, international cooperation in the educational sphere has reached a new stage. Turkmenistan actively collaborates with UNESCO, UNICEF, specialized UN agencies, and leading global educational centers. As a result, the country is developing digital education, increasing international accreditation of universities, and introducing advanced global practices.

The main objective of international cooperation in education is to ensure that young people have access not only to national opportunities, but also to global educational resources. Exchange programs with foreign experts, academic mobility of students, and participation in international olympiads and competitions clearly demonstrate the progress achieved in this area.

Strengthening international cooperation in education contributes not only to improving human capital, but also to enhancing the country’s international reputation and also contributes to the expansion of diplomatic relations.

International cooperation in education is a strategic step that strengthens Turkmenistan’s integration into the global scientific and educational community.
