An awareness-raising event titled “The Sanctity of Family” was held as part of ongoing efforts aimed at promoting the protection of family values — regarded as one of the core foundations of society — and fostering healthy lifestyle principles among the population. The initiative also seeks to strengthen understanding of national traditions and universal human values such as loyalty to the Motherland and the family hearth, as well as commitment to honest labor.
These activities are being carried out on a regular basis by the inititative of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Women’s Union of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Ministry of Culture, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
One of the events recently took place at the Central building of public organizations of Turkmenistan with the participation of young specialists and students from the capital. Speakers emphasized the fundamental role of the family as the backbone of society and highlighted the importance of interaction among family members. It was noted that the behavior of senior family members plays a significant role in shaping the upbringing of children.
Representatives of relevant ministries, services and sectoral departments, along with attending young specialists and students, conveyed their support for the continued implementation of large-scale reforms under the wise leadership of the Arkadagly Hero Serdar. The reforms aim to ensure that young people receive quality education and upbringing, acquire professional skills, maintain spiritual and physical well-being, and grow into loyal and dedicated citizens of the Motherland.
