Under the wise leadership of the President, national policy prioritizes developing young people’s intellectual capacity, strengthening their digital skills, and preparing a generation capable of competing at the international level. In this context, e-sports is not just entertainment — it is a new component of digital culture that connects economics, diplomacy, education, and global cooperation.
The expansion of digital infrastructure and IT education is opening new opportunities for young people to engage in e-sports.
E-sports helps young people develop strategic thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and psychological resilience — qualities that fully align with the state's goals for comprehensive youth development.
Turkmenistan has strong potential to expand international cooperation in this field. In the future, hosting regional or international e-sports events would strengthen the country’s global reputation and promote Turkmen youth on the world stage.
