Independent and permanently Neutral Turkmenistan is exceptionally rich in underground resources. Large-scale work is being carried out in our country to use these riches not only for the well-being of our own people but also for the prosperous life and bright future of all humankind. The efforts aimed at improving the efficiency of the oil and gas sector, enhancing production capacities, developing the fuel and energy complex on a diversified basis, and expanding the volume and variety of oil and gas-chemical products are truly worthy of special recognition.
At present, great efforts are being made to diversify the export of Turkmen energy resources abroad and to implement projects for delivering them to global markets via multiple routes. One of the major projects underway in the oil and gas sector is the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India gas pipeline, which today attracts significant international interest.
Currently, the International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev is also carrying out valuable work in this field. At this higher educational institution, in addition to training specialists in the oil and gas sector, highly qualified professionals in the field of mineral resource development are also being prepared.
In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, we wish to our Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar sound health, long life, and continued success in state endeavors, through which great tasks in modernizing the oil and gas sector being accomplished and further increasing the production capacity of the industry!
