The Esenguly etrap Council of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, together with the etrap education and police departments, as well as public organizations in the etrap, organised an educational meeting on the topic "Safe roads contribute to peoples well-being" as part of the month-long campaign "Road safety—the peace of our life’" with the aim of familiarising young people with traffic rules. Pupils from the etrap’s secondary school №5 took part in the event.
During the meeting, a representative of the etrap police department’s traffic control service held an informative discussion with the students on how to cross the road at places marked with special signs. Stories about traffic rules, rules for crossing an intersection and the responsibilities of road users were of particular interest to the younger generation. As noted in the speeches, the month-long campaign of "Road safety — the peace of our life" plays an important role in preventing road accidents that can pose a threat to the life and health of citizens.
The participants expressed their deep gratitude to our Hero-Arkadag and our Esteemed President, for invaluable work to protect the health of our people.
