In the International Year of Peace and Trust, through the visionary leadership of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the tireless efforts of respected President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, our independent and neutral country, Turkmenistan, continues to advance peace initiatives and successfully implement its foreign policy strategy. Achieving remarkable progress in all areas, our country confidently leads its happy people toward bright and prosperous future. Rapidly developing, Turkmenistan continues to enhance its international standing, earning respect and recognition across the globe.
By calling upon authoritative international organizations and countries to engage in dialogue, and by advocating for the resolution of emerging global and regional challenges through negotiation, Turkmenistan makes every effort to promote peace and a harmonious life on Earth. As a result of Turkmenistan’s initiative, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the resolutions “2025 — International Year of Peace and Trust” and “Zone of Peace, Trust, and Cooperation in Central Asia”.
The fact that these resolutions were supported by a large number of countries once again confirms the high level of authority and respect our country commands on the world stage. Thus, all of Turkmenistan’s efforts and initiatives aimed at establishing lasting peace, security and stability — both globally and regionally — receive widespread international support.
We, youth of Turkmenistan, take great pride in the belief that every page of the International Year of Peace and Trust will be filled with golden words of great victories and accomplishments.
May the tireless work and boundless efforts of the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar dedicated to strengthening peace in the world, building and deepening friendly and brotherly relations among nations, and fostering unity among peoples —be crowned with success!
