In the International Year of Peace and Trust, the Turkmen people, who particularly value peace, friendship, brotherhood, and mutual trust, celebrate the 30th anniversary of our country’s permanent Neutrality. Good-neighborliness, peace, friendly and fraternal relations, and positive cooperation — are our noble traditions inherited from our ancestors. Our national traditions, passed down from generation to generation, remain one of the main pillars of our state policy today.
Turkmenistan’s Neutrality, recognized from the highest tribune of the United Nations, calls upon all peoples of the world to achieve well-being, emphasizing the importance of peace, sustainable development, and mutually beneficial cooperation throughout the world. Therefore, all nations support the principles of our country’s Neutrality. Moreover, Turkmenistan is increasingly strengthening its role as a reliable partner, making a worthy contribution to the development of international cooperation and the implementation of activities aimed at the common good of humanity. A striking example of this is the support of our Neutral country’s initiatives by the international community.
We express our deep gratitude to our Hero-Arkadag, who initiated the large-scale work to advance the Turkmen state along the path of peace, progress, and goodwill, and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who worthily continues these great deeds, sound health and a long life, so that their work for the benefit of the country and the people will be blessed with success.
