At the initiative of the Arkadag city Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the Arkadag city Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, a roundtable discussion entitled «Halk Maslahaty — the Path of Statehood» was held in the city of Arkadag. The event was organized with the aim of promoting the tasks arising from the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty, convened under the lead chairmanship of our Hero-Arkadag, as well as ensuring the active participation of the younger generation in strengthening democratic traditions.
During the substantive speeches, the issues discussed at the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty held on August 20, the proposals put forward, as well as the measures being taken in preparation for the next meeting of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan were considered in detail.
It was noted that in the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, governmental initiatives aimed at serving the people in our country begin to be implemented only after comprehensive consultations with the people. Today, in the Homeland, the glorious national traditions of our ancestors related to discussions of state affairs with the people, are being worthily continued at a modern level.
Halk Maslahaty is the center of wisdom, popular reason, and public interests. It is a major council for broad exchanges of views and for hearing the voices of different strata of society. From this perspective, systematic organizational work is already being carried out to prepare for the upcoming meeting of the Halk Maslahaty.
During the discussion, it was also emphasized with great pride that consistent steps are being taken to ensure the active participation of youth in the preparation and conduct of this historic council. With deep gratitude, the participants expressed their appreciation to our Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the implementation of large-scale state initiatives.
