In particular, special tasks have been set for the introduction of new innovative technologies, including digital technologies, the transition to electronic document management and electronic identification systems, the formation of a competitive digital economy, and the creation of a harmoniously functioning electronic industry. Modern society is closely connected with digital transformation. In the first decades of the 21st century, the development of information and communication technologies marked a new stage in the economic, social, and cultural development of the world. The implementation of digital systems creates new opportunities not only for facilitating everyday life but also for improving public administration, economic structures, education and science, as well as social relations.
