Various states are joining efforts to achieve such important goals as ensuring peace, security and stability throughout the world. In pursuing these goals, our Neutral Turkmenistan is proposing new instruments and demonstrating active engagement and setting an example in their implementation. Our country has always been ready and open to developing multifaceted cooperation in this area with international organisations and countries all over the world. We strive to strengthen effective relations based on mutual respect and trust.
Permanent Neutrality is the foundation of our country's domestic and foreign policy. Our state always approaches the tasks at hand in a balanced and responsible manner. Non-interference in the internal affairs of other states, respect for territorial integrity, the promotion and support of initiatives for mutually beneficial relations, the desire to prevent conflicts, and resolve emerging issues through diplomatic means are important components of our country's peacekeeping efforts. That is why our country is becoming a convenient platform for effective dialogue between states and the search for peaceful solutions.
May the development of the Independent state of Turkmenistan, which is widely celebrating the significant 30th anniversary of its permanent Neutrality this year, flourish day by day. We wish sound health and long life our Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who are confidently leading the country forward on the path of development.
