THE IMPORTANCE OF SPORT IN OUR DAILY LIFE

Nowadays, sport has become an integral part of our daily lives. Human health and a healthy lifestyle are closely linked to a healthy diet, physical activity, fitness and sports. Sport has a positive impact on physical strength and spiritual development. Physical education and sports promote the comprehensive and healthy development of the body and further strengthen it. Physical education and regular exercise strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve breathing, and boost immunity.

Sport is the essence of discipline, responsibility and self-confidence. Sport develops morale, determination, and the desire to win. For this reason, considerable attention is paid to the development of sports in our country. Modern sports facilities, gyms, tennis courts, and sports fields are being built and commissioned in cities and villages across the country.

Every year on April 7, World Health Day is widely celebrated in our country, with physical education and sports events, and bike rides. Our country is known worldwide as the Land of health and happiness. All of this is of importance for raising a healthy generation, preserving the health of the younger generation, the future of our country, and elevating domestic sports to the international level.
