On November 6–7, 2025, a delegation of Turkmenistan headed by the Rector of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan, A. Annamyradov, took part in the work of the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to issues of public administration. The event, organized by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, brought together 3,000 participants from seven countries around the world.
During the conference, key issues were discussed concerning the integration of scientific research and advanced technologies into the decision-making process, the exchange of experience and best practices among scholars, public servants, and business representatives, as well as the development of proposals aimed at improving the system of training personnel for public authorities and enhancing mechanisms for cooperation between science and the state.
Speaking at the plenary session “Global Trends and Best Practices in Public Administration,” A. Annamyradov elaborated on the activities of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan, where all necessary conditions have been created for the training, retraining, and professional development of managerial personnel and civil servants, ensuring their professional advancement in accordance with the requirements of the time.
On November 7, a meeting took place between A. Annamyradov and the Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy, A. Komissarov.
Emphasizing the importance of the existing bilateral cooperation agreement, the parties discussed the implementation of joint educational programs for the continuing professional development of public servants and the personnel reserve of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, the enhancement of professional training for teaching staff, and the conduct of joint research projects.
