Recently, the Makhtumkuli etrap Council of Balkan velayat of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly organised a tour to museum of the “Magtymguly Pyragy” under the slogan “My cultural heritage — is my national treasure”.
During the tour, visitors were introduced to our national heritage, heard interesting information about museum treasures and got a broad overview of their historical and cultural significance. They were also introduced to the regions historical monuments, museums and cultural centers. The rich collection of the museum, containing various treasures telling about the glorious past of our beloved Motherland, especially the magnificent works created by carpet makers, embroiderers, jewelers, blacksmiths and carpenters, potters and painters, attracted the special attention of visitors.
The tour of the museum made a great impression on our youth and strengthened their sense of pride for our glorious history.
