Permanent Neutrality forms the core of our country's foreign policy, successfully implemented by our Esteemed President. Our country's permanent Neutrality has been recognized three times worldwide. As we know, on December 12, 1995, the first resolution titled "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan" was adopted. Later, a second resolution with the same title was adopted on June 3, 2015. This year, in 2025, during the 61st plenary meeting of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, the resolution "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan" was adopted for the third time.
Promoting the principles of peace and fostering goodwill cooperation both regionally and globally are among the noble principles of our permanently Neutral Homeland. Guided by wise principles, our people will grandly celebrate the 30th anniversary of our Neutrality in 2025, which has been declared the "International Year of Peace and Trust".
Welcoming these glorious dates with labor achievements and celebrations has become a proud tradition for our people. This year is especially significant for our country, with agreements signed and international conferences held that will be inscribed in the golden pages of our history.
