A meeting was recently held in the conference hall of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap Council of Ashgabat city. The event was jointly organized by the Bagtyyarlyk etrap hyakimlik, the Bagtyyarlyk etrap committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, and the Bagtyyarlyk etrap Council of the city of Ashgabat of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. Young professionals working in the etrap took part in the meeting, which was dedicated to the successful hosting of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs).
Speakers highlighted the historic significance of the Conference, held on 4–8 August in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone during the International Year of Peace and Trust.
The high level of organization of the Conference was also stressed, including a wide range of political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian activities.
In conclusion, participants expressed their appreciation to the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag and Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their significant contributions to the prosperity of the Motherland and for supporting good-neighbourly and cooperative relations.
