Pomegranate is not only a tasty fruit but also a natural medicine with numerous beneficial properties. In Central Asian countries, particularly in Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan, pomegranate is one of the most widely used fruits during the winter season.

Looking at the history of the pomegranate, it has been used in human diets and for medicinal purposes since ancient times. It is often referred to as the "king of fruits" or the "crowned fruit." Pomegranates have been cultivated for thousands of years, starting from India, and spreading to Iran, Central Asia, and countries along the Mediterranean.

Pomegranate is widely used not only as a fruit but also in its juice form. Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, when consumed in the morning, provides a powerful antioxidant effect for the body.
