STUDENTS OF AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITIES OF TURKMENISTAN COMPLETED PRACTICAL TRAINING AT JOHN DEERE PLANTS

Students of the specialty "Agricultural Mechanization" of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute and the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, under the guidance of university professors, completed practical training at John Deere plants in Germany and The Netherlands.

The practical training for students is organized in order to get acquainted with modern samples of John Deere agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as to consolidate theoretical knowledge gained in the course of industrial training.

In the city of Mannheim, a meeting was held for students with leading specialists from the local John Deere tractor manufacturing plant. The trainees were told in detail about the history of the company's creation and stages of development, its achievements, current activities and  long-term plans for the future. Here , the students were introduced to the production process: from the manufacture of small parts to the assembly of finished tractors, which aroused great interest among the students. In highly automated workshops, students were able to observe how most of the work is carried out using robots and specialized machines. At the same time, high quality control of tractors is ensured and safety regulations are strictly observed at all production stages. According to the company's specialists , scientific research and design developments for the entire medium range of tractors are conducted on the basis of this enterprise John Deere.

In the city of Bruchsal, students visited a factory specializing in in the production and assembly of cabins for various John Deere vehicles, as well as a central spare parts warehouse. Next, the future farmers visited the city of Kaiserslautern, where the company's European Technology and Innovation Center is located, which is a source of advanced developments.  A training course was held here on the specifics of the program "Work Planner" for planning agricultural work. The specialists told the students in detail about modern models of equipment and its innovative capabilities. Special attention was paid to the "ExactApply" system, which allows precise dosing of fertilizers and plant protection products, as well as the "See and Spray", which detects weeds and provides spot spraying of the desired areas. Students had the opportunity to observe the process of assembling sprayers, painting them and final tests of equipment, as well as ask specialists questions.

During the visit, guided tours of places of interest, scenic and historical sites cities in Germany and the Netherlands. The students visited the Sinsheim Museum of Technology and the Mercedes-Benz Museum.

Due to their participation in industrial practice, students of Turkmen agricultural universities gained invaluable practical experience, significantly expanded their knowledge and enriched their professional skills. Such foreign internships for younger Turkmen specialists are practiced on a regular basis, which contributes to solving the key tasks of the state in training highly qualified personnel for the country, improving the quality of education, the creation of broad opportunities for the realization of talents and abilities of young people, as well as the active development of international scientific and educational cooperation.
