Recently, a sports and cultural event titled “Inspired Children — Our Bright Future” was held at the “Beýik Serdaryň ruhubelent nesilleri” children’s health and recreation center in the Gokdere valley. The event was organized by the Ahal velayat Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
The sports competitions and creative contests were aimed at enriching the meaning and quality of children’s recreation, fostering broad-mindedness, strong physical health, and a healthy spirit among children, as well as increasing their interest in sports.
Happy children demonstrated their sportsmanship in active games and mini-football. The teams “Güneş” and “Joşgun” emerged as winners of the sports competitions. The drawing contests, including those held on asphalt, gave participants ample opportunities to showcase their talents and skills.
The contest for making figures from colored paper was also impressive. Especially talented children were identified in the drawing and crafting competitions. Special prizes were awarded to the winners of the competitions. The songs and musical performances enhanced the festive atmosphere and spirit of inspiration.
