An international online quiz entitled «If they call upon my name Magtymguly…» is announced, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Great Thinker of the East, the Turkmen classical poet Magtymguly Pyragy. The purpose of the quiz is to widely popularize the literary work of Magtymguly Pyragy, which has become a world literary heritage.
Organizers of the competition: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly.
Competition format: The international Online Quiz will be held in 3 languages (Turkmen, Russian and English).
To participate in the quiz you must:
1. Register based on the regulations of the quiz posted in the "Competitions" section on the official website www.yashlar.gov.tm and fill out the questionnaire for quiz participants before May 14, 2024 (18:00). Registered students will be sent a link to participate in the competition.
2. Take the test during the time period.
The quiz will be held on May 15, 2024 from 15:00 to 18:00 Ashgabat time.
Shortlisted winners of the quiz will be summed up based on the number of correct answers, and announced on our website as part of the events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Pyragy in May.
The winners of the quiz will be awarded with valuable gifts and certificates of honor from the organizers.
