In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, one of the important initiatives that paves the way for the development of society is the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan — the highest representative body of country. As the highest representative body of people’s power, it continues the ancient traditions of consulting with the people and making decisions based on the suggestions of the population, playing a crucial role in strengthening the foundations of statehood.
The high representative body ensures broad participation of the population in the economic, social, and cultural spheres of the country. At the same time, it creates a strong link between the people and the state, implementing national initiatives with broad public support.
The annual meeting of the Halk Maslahaty is aimed at adopting people-centered decisions and creating favorable conditions for citizens to live happily and work productively.
Based on the principle in our Constitution that defines the individual as the most valuable asset of society, significant work is being carried out to improve the legal system and ensure the rights and freedoms of citizens. Today, a public structure that supports the creative initiatives of our people is being formed.
It is a great happiness for each of us to live in such a prosperous and peaceful time. In this era of stability, our people develop their rich historical heritage and traditions, rooted in national values and modernity, in accordance with the requirements of the times. This gives a strong impetus to the development of society and the spiritual growth of the people.
