Thanks to the initiatives of the Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan, the younger generation—the future of our Motherland—has every opportunity for education, creativity and creation, earning honor and respect.
Taking advantage of the conditions created, young specialists from higher educational institutions presented their new creative developments based on advanced technologies within the framework of the international exhibition “Healthcare, Education and Sports in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State”, dedicated to the Day of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers of Turkmenistan. This included the pavilion of lecturers and students from the Turkmen Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications.
It is worth noting that based on a Memorandum of Understanding signed by this institute with the Tashkent Architecture and Construction University of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, the Caspian Institute of Maritime and River Transport named after Admiral General F.M. Apraksin in Astrakhan, Russian Federation, and Sunway University in Malaysia, a number of scientific-practical conferences and familiarization trips have been organized.
As part of the current exhibition, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkmen Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications and Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Vietnam). This will allow students in the future to become more involved in global science and increase the number of scientific inventions.
Resul Nurmamedov and Orazsakhet Atamyradov, 2nd and 4th-year students of the institute, developed and presented at the exhibition a robot that speaks two languages—Russian and English—and is capable of conducting limited dialogues in a question-and-answer format. This robot, programmed in Python, is connected to a mobile phone and operates on the principle of a bot. It can talk, walk, turn its head toward a sound, and move its arms.
In the modern era, youth make a significant contribution to the development of the scientific and educational potential of the country through research activities. Young inventors, possessing knowledge in the field of innovative technologies, express their gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the opportunity to receive quality education, for the ongoing efforts in the country to further improve the digital education system and train skilled specialists, as well as for the conditions being created for new advanced inventions in the field of robotics.
