An explanatory-educational meeting titled "Halk Maslahaty — a strong foundation of unity and statehood" was held in the conference hall of the Koneurgench etrap cotton spinning factory. The event was jointly organized by the Councils of the Koneurgench etrap and the etrap named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashy of the Youth organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and other public organizations of the etrap.

Speakers at the event gave detailed insights into the historical significance of the upcoming meeting of the Halk Maslahaty, planned to take place ahead of the sacred Day of Independence, and spoke about the ongoing preparations for this important gathering.
At the end of the event, participants expressed their deep gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the wide opportunities being created for the happy and prosperous life of the Turkmen people.
